neuroSCC

About the project

neuroSCC is an open-source R package connecting simultaneous confidence corridor methodology with structured and reproducible analysis of Positron Emission Tomography data.

The package provides tools for loading and restructuring PET images, integrating them into a Functional Data Analysis workflow, extracting contours, identifying significant results and evaluating performance. It supports one-group, two-group and single-patient-versus-group comparisons, as well as comparisons with Statistical Parametric Mapping. Version 1.0.2 is available from CRAN under an MIT licence.
