About the project

IguanaDevStudio is a private R package created to centralise the code, formats and tools Juan uses repeatedly in his analyses. Its purpose is to make it possible to start and develop statistical projects quickly while preserving a consistent workflow and visual style.

It brings together tools for data cleaning and preparation, descriptive and bivariate analysis, assumption checking, modelling, survival analysis and visualisation, as well as RStudio add-ins, templates and utilities for reproducible reporting.

The package is still in active development as it is refined, reorganised and adapted into a fully custom environment for Juan’s current work. Its source code is hosted in a private GitHub repository; access can be requested from the author.
